An alternative to canape’s or as a starter
Individual themed food stations set up outside. Your guests can watch our chefs prepare, serve and cook these small dishes.
BLINI BAR:
Fresh warm blinis topped with smoked salmon and pickled cucumber, beetroot relish and goats cheese, Parma ham, rocket and sun blushed tomato or beef tartare and horseradish.
PIZZA:
Bite sized pizzas cooked to order, tomato and mozzarella, smoked duck, plum and spring onion, Parma ham and mushroom, goats cheese and pickled beetroot or ham hock and roasted peppers.
SKEWERS:
Bite sized mini kebabs, chicken marinated in ho sin, beef and wasabi mayonnaise, king prawn and sweet chilli or tofu with sweet pepper and chimichurri.
OYSTER SHACK:
Shucked oyster served over crushed ice with warm soda bread and corn cakes. Add a dash of bloody Mary, tabaco, lemon juice, Japanese soya, wasabi and ginger or mignonette, shallot, raspberry vinegar and olive oil. We can also offer oysters fried in tempura batter if requested in advance.
