COLD:

  • Honey glazed ham, wilted summer greens and piccalilli

  • Oak smoked duck breast, soured cranberries

  • Goats cheese, asparagus and wild honey tart

HOT OVER CHARCOAL:

  • Whole leg of lamb rubbed with rosemary and garlic

  • Hot smoked planked salmon with dill and sumac mayonnaise

  • 20 hour cherry wood smoked brisket

  • Tiger prawn and market fish kebabs with sweet chilli

  • Moroccan style chicken skewers, mint and yoghurt

  • Old spot smoked pulled pork shoulder with house BBQ sauce

All served with buttered warm new potatoes, artisan breads and olive oil
